The Banana Leaf Apolo

This is probably my favourite Indian restaurant. Food is excellent and everything is mostly very good. We've tried many dishes and most would not disappoint except for the squid. The biryanis and pratas are of huge portions and the sides are generous and tasty. Some signature items tend to sell out early on weekends so you may wish to go early or try them on weekdays instead.

Fantastic dining experience at Banana Leaf Rivervale mall! Prem, the manager, was gracious enough to set up a table for 10 people for us! The food tasted fantastic! Very good customer service! Prem checks to see if everyone at the table is satisfied by asking if we need anything or if there is enough food. He goes above and above in his service! He will always beam while he serves us, without fail! Definitely returning here!

One of the best fish head curry ever in Singapore. Fish head was meaty and FRESH..curry is superbly tasty and tangy.A MUST TRY!! Masala chicken is fantasic , a good portion meat , soft and juicy. Staff Gulshan from Rivervale Mall is commendable..attentive and polite . Will definitely come again and recommend to all my friends! Hats off to the chef!!
