Absolutely fantastic. Room is great. We requested for a suite w balcony. Amenities are very well provided. Everything is clean. Mr. Purvan & the sweet lady at the desk took good care of us. So professional and helpful. Good location w easy access to all major landmarks.
Spent a relaxing New Year's Eve holiday here. The service staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. The bed and chairs in the room are also very comfortable. However, if you are traveling from Taiwan, remember to bring a British standard socket adapter.
We enjoyed our stay here at the Scarlet. The room was a bit smaller than what I thought it would be, but it was very clean & comfortable. The location was convenient and great for walking around Chinatown.
