Carlton City Hotel Singapore

Stayed over the weekend, been here a couple of times. Rooms are spacious with good view. Amenities are great with complimentary parking. What's even better is the service. Dropped my phone in a grab on the way back, couldn't find out any information. Requested to find out the car I was in and Mai from reception took charge of the situation and searched through the footage while giving me prompt updates. Very glad I got back my phone after finding out the plate number.

I stayed at this hotel for five days, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was extremely polite, the room service was excellent, and the food was amazing. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near major tourist attractions like Chinatown, Indian food restaurants, and the Merlion.

Super comfortable clean rooms with great pool and roof bar. It's true that the light switches in the room are a little mad, but it's easily got used to after a day! Removing key card turns power off for the room, so not an issue when going out. Staff were so friendly and helpful- we felt very welcome - thank you!
