Carlton City Hotel

My first time in Singapore and im very lucky to have come across this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and nice. The even sent a birthday cake to my husband on his birthday. The hotel room had a super nice view. The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect! Chinatown , malls, restaurants so many things at a walking distance!! They have gym and pool ! I would comeback and recommend for sure!

Good service overall and nice hotel, convenient location and staff are always smiling and friendly! We had a family emergency late at night and the overnight concierge staff were very helpful in helping us arrange a taxi to the hospital and dealing with logistics in extending our stay last minute.

Great value, very comfortable rooms and bed. Facilities are excellent, with outdoor pool and huge breakfast buffet which we opted for in our booking. They sent a cake to our room for my husband's birthday too which was a lovely touch. Would recommend.
