Furama City Centre

We had an executive room which included breakfast daily, unlimited snacks and non alcoholic beverages daily and 6-8pm unlimited snacks, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, 100% worth the value, Desmond, Ivy and Ray were the most amazing staff members they were absolutely fantastic, and always happy to see you. The rooms are huge but a bit tired, location is amazing in the midst of Chinatown. Was just an amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

Our group booked through a third party site and there was a small breakdown when not all of our info went across. Francis and Yvette promptly fixed everything and were both super helpful and kind throughout the whole process. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the family suite were very roomy and provided plenty of space for our group. Great location and so close to the food centres but really the highlight was the excellent customer service from Francis and Yvette.
