Ho Lim Keng Temple is maintained by the Singapore Khoh Clan Association, which has an ancestral hall on level 2 of the temple. The Khoh pioneers invited "Joss Ash" of their patron deities in the 19th century from Gao Lin Gong in Yu Hu Village (Nan'an, Fujian) to a temple known as San Wang Fu, which means Temple of the Three Lords, referring to the temple's three main deities Lords Zhu, Xing and Li. The main deity of the is Lords Zhu Xing and other deities are Zhao Ying Hou, Qing Shui Zu Shi, Heavenly Gan Tian Da Di, The Third Prince (Nezha), Monkey King, Shan Cai Tongzi, Five battalion Commanders (Wu Ying Shen Jiang), Tua Li Ya Pek, Ox Head (Niu Tou), Horse Face (Ma Mian) and Tiger God.
