Park Avenue Rochester

I had a wonderful stay at Park Avenue. I initially stayed for work, and later, my family joined me. From the very beginning, they provided a deluxe room with a baby bed, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, with plenty of windows, and although a bit old, it was very well-maintained. The service was excellent, especially from Ram, who took great care of us and was incredibly friendly with my child. Despite any language barriers, the staff communicated very well and made us feel at home.

Had a great stay at Park Avenue Rochester. Although room started to age, design still looked good and the amenities are complete. The room also relatively big (medium sized) compared to many of 4 star hotels in Singapore. Ironing board and hairdryer included inside the wardrobe. AC is also still very cold. Overall very great experience staying in this hotel, will definitely consider staying here again if there is a chance in the future.

We checked in on Christmas Day for a staycation with my friends in the 2 bedroom suites.|Thank you and kudos to Samantha, Kimberly and Karen whom were wonderful and have been very welcoming to us. Highly recommend to stay here and will be back again!
