I stayed in IBIS Budget West coast for a week. I came to Singapore for the first time, and the front desk staff was pretty awesome.
I had no place to stay, and thus had requested them to hold the letters for me regarding EP.
They called me 2 weeks after too, to inform that they had indeed received a communication. Quite helpful and lovely. Especially Maria and Isaac.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean, although small. Convenient to find food nearby. Overall, it's pleasant for me staying here.
Great place for comfortable stay. The accessibility to attractions was great. Would Recommend to future travelers
