Since 2002What our experts say?
Bukit Chandu War Memorial is one of Singapore fascinating tales of heroism during World War II. The Historical artefacts and interactive displays give the visitors a first Malay Regiment and Singapore’s war experience. The museum has the surviving witness Corporal Yaako. It has both the tangible and the intangible and the valuable treasures of the National Collection and the precious stories and memories. Through the museum's artefacts, exhibits and multi-media, visitors can contemplate the war experience and how far Singapore has come as a nation.
