Our very friendly reception (Japanese-looking lady, Rachel if I'm not mistaken), made the greatest difference in our stay. Well, I'm not even sure why she's appointed as a reception in the first place... felt like she's better suited as a senior manager/in top position and she had definitely brightened our day and our stay :).

My stay with family over the week of X'mas 2024 was extremely satisfying - location was superb as being Indians, being close to Little India (for food options) was primary reason to choose Novotel Singapore on Kitchener Road, Singapore. Staff was extremely helpful & courteous Breakfast options was superb Overall good stay and would recommend friends & family to consider for their Singapore stay i am already planning my next visit in June 2025 at Novotel Kitchener Road.

It was our first time staying with Novotel Group, the customer service is absolutely great! The hotel is in a very convenient location, 2 min walks to MRT station and 15-25 min to most touristic places with taxi. Their breakfast buffet has very varieties, and staffs are polite.
