Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon

An excellent hotel in a prime location! Conveniently located within walking distance of several MRT stations, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, having a 7-11 right next door is incredibly handy. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping services were outstanding, ensuring everything was perfect throughout the stay.

I stay here anytime I go to Singapore. This time due to my flight schedule I was arriving post midnight which was technically the next day from my booking. Hilton took care of it so well. I appreciate their manager helping me to have little later checkout which helped me to get some sleep. Thanks Hilton for considering the human aspect of hospitality.

Had a very good 2 night stay. All team members were excellent. Special appreciation to Chiew Mian she was very diligent in assisting me with my lost property at the airport. Understood the situation and worked out many options and assisted me in getting my lost property back. Truly remarkable service. Thank you so much.
