I did surgery recently and was warded in St Francis ward. Bathroom, environment and bed were clean and well maintained. All staff nurses were very prompt in assisting in all of my needs during my stay. They were very patient and always checking if I was feeling okay or needed anything. With all the care given, it helped me to focus on my recovery. Thank you so much.

After several years, I visited the urgent care center at Mount Alvernia Hospital. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Although there was some waiting time, the overall experience was positive.

A&E medical staffs are very efficient and work with urgency . Special thanks to Dr Lee and also experience nurses from St Francis ward who took care of me. They are so attentive ,polite and helpful.
