Ms Kalaivani was a cheerful and extremely helpful person who made sure to explain the processes/sign in procedure in manner that was easy to understand.She was happy to answer any questions and ensured that we got the best service possible. As the first time in this hospital it was nice to see that the staff were willing to help and cater to the needs of their patients as attentively as possible.
I have queries for the payment mode despite calling the hotline, I'm still puzzled. On the admission day Aster could explain well. She knows my concern and it was all solve quickly. She is a person who is meticulous with her work. Happy to be serve by her.
A special shoutout to all the doctors, nurses and medical staffs in Farrer Park Hospital. I was taken good care by them and everyone were so caring and loving. My 1 bedded ward was very cleaned and spacious.
