Good food, good price, hawker environment. If u need extremely clean and nice place for kids, can be challenging.
Parking: Have to wait a bit, limited parking Vs many restaurants and hawker center.

It's a very nice place with a lot of delicious food. It's next to Pulau Ubin Pier and Seaside Park. It's a great place to go on weekends and holidays.
