They take pride in their craft beers, freshly brewed and served through 20 copper taps and 15-hour smoked beef brisket. Their chefs meticulously curate locally sourced and imported ingredients, using traditional smoking and grilling techniques to create refined dishes, particularly their smoked and grilled meats. Their expansive 10,000-square-foot restaurant features two large indoor seating areas, two alfresco seating zones, a children's playground, and a window into the brewery.
2026 Update: Francis Khoo is the Managing Director and Founding Partner of Little Island Brewing Co. Andrew Tierney is the Head Brewer.
