I had a rebonding and haircut at one salon that did poorly for their service and cuts that was not even up to my expectations. So I came to Protrim Jem (recommended by peer and family member) to fix my haircut, and I chose Elly (Korean Stylist). Her service and skills was spectacular and wonderful, the. She was very patient and understanding to my preference which made me felt assured to entrust my hair-redo to her. The outcome was so wonderful and I definitely would recommend that if u would want a haircut and rebonding service, please choose her because she knows exactly what her clients want!! First time at Pro Trim for a haircut. Was served by Starla, she was professional and asked for my hair maintaince routine before recommending a hair style for me. There was some language barrier, but she explained clearly what she had in mind before executing the cut. She also gave some hair styling and hair care advices for my new style.

Starla was very chatty and she spoke to me a lot and made sure I was very comfortable from beginning to the end. The lady who washed my hair was also very skilful but I didn’t get her name. The colouring is for black hair and the effect is achieved for my grey and silver hair.
