I'm so satisfied with the service provided, the outcome and the teamwork they have. They don't waste time. They help each other. The place was also clean, cosy and comfortable. And, there is no hard selling. I hate going to salon and the staff keep on pestering to buy their products! But this salon, no. Very good. Thumbs up. Good job. Well done. Thank you so much. Love love LOVE the bleach and colour I had done at Espec Salon! The hairstylists were really professional in explaining the different colour choices with regards to how long-lasting they were, and had a very customer centric approach in how they really cared for my opinion of which shade of pink I wanted. My balayage pink hair turned out so well and they even curled it complementarily after the session was done. They really do high quality work for a good price, and I'm so glad for their good work allowing me to live my best pretty-in-pink life.
