Gym personnels are always friendly and helpful. They’d always greet everyone that walks in, and I think that’s nice start to anyone’s workout sesh. Sufficient equipment and working space available, and gym-goers always take turns, so gymming within the 90min timeframe is no issues.

I had very satisfying and pleasurable experiences over at Gymmboxx Canberra Plaza outlet. There’s a very professional senior trainer by the name of Victor Lee whom I had several advices even prior to actual meet up for trial sessions. I had two trial sessions for which the first one solely on tackling my personal health issues and he took a lot of time trying to go through those issues with me and gave me tips break down all the rules and principle of the ideal diet to adopt and many more clear explanations provided by him. Then he specially arranged another trial session for me to do the actual workout and he patiently asked me what do I have in mind that I want to work on and he on the spot alter the training programmes for me. I’m truly amazed by how responsible and meticulous being a senior trainer and the only trainer over there. Trust me, engage him and you won’t be disappointed and you would be more than happy to work with him through your fitness journey and goals!

Juliah is truly an asset to the gym where she works. Not only is she incredibly hard working and dedicated to her job, but she is also one of the friendliest and most welcoming people I have ever met. From the moment I walked through the doors of the gym, Juliah was there to greet me with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. Her positive attitude is contagious, and it's easy to see that she truly cares about the well-being and success of each and every person she interacts with. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help out, whether it's answering questions, giving encouragement, or simply providing a listening ear. I am constantly impressed by Juliah's dedication and commitment to her job! Thank you, Juliah, for all that you do!
