Personal Trainer Iswandi pushes you beyond your limits bit by bit but at the same time encourages you and ensures that you’re not hurting yourself. Have never enjoyed gym nor the thought of gym until I joined BBF. The trainers there really ensure that you’re comfortable and they don’t judge regardless whatever size you are.

Brendon made the whole experience tough yet enjoyable that we were motivated to give 110% everytime we turn up. Strength training has never appealed to us cos of how intimidating it looks but there’s just something about the vibes here at BBF that eases you in and you can leave all your fears & insecurities out the door. After gaining so much weight and unhealthy habits over the pandemic, I’ve gotta say that signing up for the buddy package was the most difficult yet best decision ever made!.

Cosy, intimate gym with trainers that make you feel completely at ease. So, for beginners or people who are easily intimidated in newer surroundings, this is the perfect place to begin your fitness journey! The buddy-training option was ideal for us, because we had always been making attempts at working out but never pushed through enough. Having a trainer to guide us and lead us on what to do really helped. Brendon also kindly offered to check on our food intake to help steer us in the direction of our goals. Definitely a highly recommended place for anyone and everyone.
