It's a small gym but it works. Very elderly-friendly for senior citizens to stay active. Love the ambience and helpful staff. Those who frequent the gym are willing to help you out too. Has toilet and shower facilities nearby in the same building.
Very safe to go in this covid time all time they sanitise the machines, they maintain proper 1 meter distance, very nice experience and gud environment.
Love it!!!! Better than the other gyms I went. Very clean and nice equipments. Gd job.
