ActiveSG Gym Enabling Village

Both my husband and myself have started attending the chair yoga class with Chelvam at Enabling village in Lengkok Bahru for about 5 months now . Every lesson is enjoyable with good workout routines on core muscles. Chelvam is very dedicated and mindful of our safety by ensuring that we do the exercises correctly with no injury. I have been joining the master chair workout class conducted by Chelvam for 5 years now. I have benefited a lot from the class. It helps to improve my strength & mobility. Chelvam gives very clear instructions for the exercises and always taking very good care of the senior participants.
