Swensen's

Ordered a birthday cake 3 weeks in advance. On the day of collection, something went wrong on their system, thus, the cake was not delivered to their outlet. The Chinese restaurant manager proposed a solid resolution and apologies to my son for not able to provide the ordered cake to him. This was resolve immediately without any compromise on service for Swensen. Kudos to the restaurant manager whom I did not managed to get his name.

Came on Christmas Eve for a birthday dinner just as the dinner rush was about to begin. The staff that had attended to us were prompt and attentive in spite of the Xmas and dinner rush. The food was well seasoned and delicious. Ordered 2 medium rare steaks, a fish baked rice, 2 grilled fish with meuniere sauce and the BBQ chicken. Steak doneness came as we ordered, the grilled fish and chicken were tasty. The baked rice however was slightly undercooked. Sides got a bit mixed up but the staff were able to overcome it without much fuss. Shout out to Shafiq and Michael and the servers on that shift for such a good service and experience. Thank you for making the birthday dinner an enjoyable experience!!

A very good restaurant, clean, the service is excellent, the meals taste delicious, it serves halal food and this is one of the reasons that keeps me going to it as well, it has a group of branches all over Singapore, I recommend it .
