My helper had a very complicated dental extraction that might have turned into surgery. Neua Dental gave me a very reasonable quote and I’m glad we went with them. Dr. Tan was very skillful and compassionate. My helper felt she was treated respectfully and the procedure was not painful at all——this was after her previous very painful experience at a polyclinic dental clinic. When we were panicking and not sure what to do with some decision, Neua’s receptionist and Dr Tan were both very patient to guide us through the process. Dr Tan would also take the time to call and explain to me the care procedure between the appointments as my helper’s English is not good. In the end, the extraction didn’t turn into a surgery—the latter could be much more expensive than the former. Neua could have said it was a surgery and my helper and I wouldn’t have known the difference. My helper’s two extraction wounds both have healed well recently. Highly recommend their service.

The whole process was a fruitful and successful one!! They did all the procedures correctly and I was able to schedule and reschedule appointments more suitable to me which is a plus point as well as catering to instances when I was late for the scheduled appointment I was still able to go thru with the treatment!! The staff as well as Dr Mah are all friendly and ready to help anybody on their braces treatment journey! Definitely recommended

Dr Mah dispelled my fear of going to the dentist!! I did my braces at Neua Dental for 3 years and had an extremely pleasant experience throughout my journey. The team was very professional from onboarding, extraction to putting of braces, allowing me to not experienced any pain or fear throughout the duration of my braces. They were transparent and informative right from the start, making sure that I know of the different procedures that may be required in the course of my braces journey.
