The Mindset Cafe is a place to relax after work and they have excellent services like Creative Say which has art therapy which is meaningful, they are my pillars of emotional support when I am going through tough times, here is my painting for Mindset Cafe as a token of appreciation for their excellent service(art therapy) and pillar of emotional support to us.
What a great service! Services in other countries (namely my own); could learn a thing or two with models and practices that SAMH provide and implement to their service users/ communities.
