Dian Xiao Er

The first time I tasted the rice years ago, it was superb. Every grain was perfect, and it was delicious in its own. Now, you could easily spot many broken grains, and that affected the overall texture. For a bowl of rice that cost almost $2, I expect better.

Great service by the lady who helped us secure a seat. We requested for the sauce to be separated from the duck. The duck skin was crispy and the sauce was very flavorful. Meat was very tender. Suitable for old people. Toufu was soft.

Food is the same greatness as other outlets. But the dining area is exceptionally clean and the staff are especially efficient and interactive. One of the short hair lady with specs go to great extend to explain the menu and payment option which is great! The other lady was cleaning under the table when the diners left. She did not sweep which moves the dust on the floor, she was on the floor picking up the bits of food and we really appreciate the team for delivering such tender loving care! I would give 6 stars for service and this extra star goes into the ambient column.
