AJISEN RAMEN REVIEWS
Been here for almost a while, since early 2010 this branch has been here. Classic ajisen flavor. Highly recommended for a quick Japanese ramen fix. They have lunch time menus from 1130am to 5pm weekdays by the way Kid-friendliness: Kids meal available.
Had 2 set lunch and chose the ajisen ramen with gyoza and fish cakes. The sides were nice. The broth was nice too. But I did not like the cha siu, it had quite a strong gamey smell/taste. Service was nice though.
The cheese-baked rice was delicious. However, the wait could have been shorter and other patrons could have spoken softer for a more conducive dining experience.

TAKAGI RAMEN REVIEWS
I was pleasantly surprised that there was a Ramen restaurant in the Yew Tee neighborhood. I decided to give the food a try as the stall was quite popular among residents. The ramen was quite typical, delicious and most importantly it was quite value for money given the portion. There was also free noodles you can add if you have a bigger appetite but do not want to buy another bowl. As it is a 24 hour restaurant, I understand that there could have been a lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant. There are no complaints for the speed of service, but there was room for improvement as staff could have been more friendly. The restaurant has limited seating so it may be difficult to find one. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want a quick meal during any time of the day/night.
Peggy good I dropped my drink in the restaurant accidentally, and made a mess. Thankfully Peggy acted on it quickly and helped to clean up the mess. I am extremely thankful to her as well for being patient and not showing her frustration towards me right at that moment. She is a great person and waitress. I am sorry for the mess made.
Not sure why, the soup is much more stronger and tastier as compared to other branches.

TOKYO SHOKUDO REVIEWS
Found this area by accident. We were starving as lunch time drew closer. Everywhere we went, there was a lengthy line. Then we saw this and made a beeline for it because there wasn't a line. What a welcome surprise that ended up being! My tempura was expertly fried. The prawns had a crisp exterior and a fresh, juicy inside. If the remainder of the menu was as delicious as what I had, they certainly deserved the gold award, according to the billboard, which stated that they had been given it for six years in Japan. Not to mention that it's halal too!
I love the employees~~ they are so helpful and attentive! I would love to go there again, not just for the food but for the experience.
The spicy beef ramen was so good! Broth was thick and flavourful. Waffles was great!
