Pure Pandan

This is probably the fluffiest and softest Pandan cake I have eaten. The rich aroma of Pandan fills the air when approaching the shop, which makes it so irresistible not to get it. It melts in the mouth literally and this is not to be missed even for non Pandan cake lover.

Came across this place by chance and the Valrhona chiffon cake was really good! Super fluffy and light and not overly sweet!! Was SGD2.10 / slice but I want to go back and get a whole cake!

Best flavors to me are the citrus, soya cranberry, and chocolate. The chocolate is denser than the other flavors because it has chocolate chips. The citrus one is refreshing. Soya cranberry is fluffy and just really nice!!
