Pure Pandan

My friend frequently buys pandan chiffon cake from them for her mother, but I've never been a fan of these types of cakes. However, after passing by the shop recently, I decided to give it a try. I purchased two slices, one for myself and one for my mother. To my surprise, this pandan chiffon cake was exceptional. Unlike other versions I've encountered, it wasn't dry. The middle section was surprisingly moist and flavorful. This is undoubtedly the best pandan chiffon cake I've ever tasted. Now I understand why they are so well-regarded. I haven't explored their other flavors yet, but I'm definitely intrigued to try them next time.

Came across this place by chance and the Valrhona chiffon cake was really good! Super fluffy and light and not overly sweet!! Was SGD2.10 / slice but I want to go back and get a whole cake.

Best flavors to me are the citrus, soya cranberry, and chocolate. The chocolate is denser than the other flavors because it has chocolate chips. The citrus one is refreshing. Soya cranberry is fluffy and just really nice.
