Wow, these people know how to present a very enticing image of their product and brand. Exceptional world class service from the minute you step to the corded area in front of the glass case.. packaging of the products is well thought out. Purchased a slice of zebra cake which was placed in a very nice box on top of a greeted proof cake holder which has a very small ice pack placed underneath, then wrapped in bakers clear plastic to help keep the shape...this product was on sale for under $5...incredible flavor and texture.

I got a cake from the shop at around 9+pm and requested for the staff to write the name on the Happy Birthday chocolate. One of the lady staff took the time to write the name nicely, even wiped off a few times and rewrite for it to be nicer and she even drew 2 hearts on it! I really felt so happy from her kind gesture and how much effort she put into writing the name on the chocolate. Thank you to who was there working on 23/11 and going the extra mile :)

Lovely cakes- quality assured and new imports direct from Japan! Although we cannot travel but we can always have a taste of Japan style Western bakery!
