Grateful for the empathetic support from the counter staff, specifically Jocelyn Chong. After waiting for about 40mins to close a TX account, I couldn’t have asked for a better service staff. She was sincere in addressing my issues and seemed to sense my distress. The process was tedious yet she smiled and remained polite throughout. Thank you again for going through all that trouble for a stranger you just met. Sometimes all we need is a little understanding and someone who feels human instead of a robot. Apart from not enjoying UOB as a bank, their service staff should be commended and recognised as their biggest asset.
Two frontline admin girls offered very good service. Visited the branch due to certain technical issues on my app which i had to have some assistance. They kindly explained how the app worked and one of the girls accompanied me down personally to Starhub regarding my issue. Hardly ever see these kind of dedicated staff nowadays.
