Sharing my recent experience at OCBC. I had to sort out 2 issues, one regarding my dormant account and the other for an emergent loan. Thus, I have 2 commend Mr Jasper and Ms Loges for their professionalism when I had requested help. Both had provided concise information (and added value by educating me) and answered queries satisfactorily. Of note I have to thank Mr Jasper for his prompt actions pertaining to the loans request, and he also set expectations well.
Lots of respect for the staff as they try their best to attend to customers promptly and solve their issues even during busy periods and facing difficult customers.
Friendly and ever ready to help staff wait at the entrance.
