Grateful for the empathetic support from the counter staff, specifically Jocelyn Chong. After waiting for about 40mins to close a TX account, I couldn’t have asked for a better service staff. She was sincere in addressing my issues and seemed to sense my distress. The process was tedious yet she smiled and remained polite throughout. Thank you again for going through all that trouble for a stranger you just met. Sometimes all we need is a little understanding and someone who feels human instead of a robot. Apart from not enjoying UOB as a bank, their service staff should be commended and recognised as their biggest asset.
Two frontline admin girls offered very good service. Visited the branch due to certain technical issues on my app which i had to have some assistance. They kindly explained how the app worked and one of the girls accompanied me down personally to Starhub regarding my issue. Hardly ever see these kind of dedicated staff nowadays. Thank you so much girls.

Went here and had a great service..im not sure of the name of this nice person but she was working from the reception when we enter and not from the counter side. She helped me to waive my charges and cancel the card. The whole process was smooth, easy and convenient.
I went in Saturday noon (no queue) and was immediately attended to and assigned a staff member to help with my problem. The staff member was friendly and patient.
Rather smooth customer experience for me. Concern was settled in 10 minutes.

The service towards the customers are excellent by the branch staff.they were very helpful when ever we have approached gor help.however,they need to improve on the token service they have.the lady who gives tokens is more busy than bank branch manager himself. She keeps the queue waiting atleast for 10 minutes,so she can finish walking around and guiding others.she sholearn on how to manage queue.if people are queuing for token give the tokens first and then probably go and help others.
The team was able to adjust their lunch hours to try to clear as much of the Q as possible... kudos and thanks for adjusting their hours... The officer that attended to me was a suave gentleman Jonathan Khoo... Very knowledgeable, professional and very thorough... without officers like Jonathan and his patience, i am sure that the Q experiences in all banks today are just in a state where we are at a lost for words. Thank you Jonathan.
