The team was able to adjust their lunch hours to try to clear as much of the Q as possible... kudos and thanks for adjusting their hours... The officer that attended to me was a suave gentleman Jonathan Khoo... Very knowledgeable, professional and very thorough... without officers like Jonathan and his patience, i am sure that the Q experiences in all banks today are just in a state where we are at a lost for words. Thank you Jonathan.
Although the waiting time was long during busy hours, the bank staff at the counter were very friendly, attentive and dedicated, allowing me to get help to complete my opening of a new savings account.
Visited this branch for banking needs and was served by front teller Jasmin. Credit have to give to her cause she really know her work and gave very detailed information. Great job.
