Because of Ms Lim Wen Hui extremely kind and patient assistance, I was able to regain faith in UOB. Was troubled by a fraudulent transaction and did not receive any update from the fraud team for more than 4 months. Despite this not being part of her department’s work, Ms Lim patiently accompanied me to call the fraud team and helped to eventually solve the problem. Even though I was there for around an hour, I’m glad I was finally able to resolve the issue for once at a UOB branch. Kudos to Ms Lim for providing the best service I’ve ever received at a bank branch.

PLQ mall is probably one of the newest mall around. Conveniently located just beside the Paya Lebar MRT station and with good variety of shops and F&B options within. On both sides of PLQ you'll be able to find PL Square and Singpost Center. You'll be spoilt with choice here.

Nice waiting area, waiting time was okay. Friendly staff. Was attended by Mr Steve Loo for my fixed deposit account, service was good and warm.
