Jasper Sng is a very good staff. He knows his job very well. I had an expired debit card & he immediately help me solve my problems. I must say he is the very first staff I have seen (in a bank) with such good service. Meticulous staff.

First time visit this branch. Would like to give 5 stars to the staff Tan Long Cheng. He was meticulous and go extra mile to help me check the issue i had and tried his best to help my husband and me. Thumbs-up.

I would like to commend Ms Nisa from this branch. She was friendly, efficient and clear while serving my elderly mum. Thank you very much.
