I was served by Jenny this afternoon @Singpost POSB. Had a very pleasant and positive experience of her. She is a multi tasker as she addressed not only my queries but also, when I was trying to log-in online, assisted another customer behind me while waiting for me to log-in. When I had issues during the online submission for a debit card, she patiently guided me and addressed all my queries. With her assistance, I got my application successfully submitted.
