Initially I was told to wait for 2 hours, which was expected because it’s a Saturday and banks tend to require long waiting time to process their tasks. I went to buy some food and was surprised that my queue number was called when I returned to the bank (within less than 20 min after taking my queue number). I’m thankful to the security guard there who allowed me to still get my turn despite me reaching only after they have called my queue number several times. ???? The service was pretty straightforward, fuss-free and efficient for me. I would also like to thank Mr Clement and Ms Ley Yeng for their wonderful service :) Please understand that banks need time to process their duties, you can walk around the mall or chill inside the bank or the library if you need to wait…
Went to open a savings account, at noon on a weekday. The bank personnel were professional and very helpful (both the worker at the entrance, and bank officer who helped me open). Good job!
