Kudos to the patient and knowledgeable counter service staff here. It is amazing that they could maintain their composure and professionalism given the demographic profile of the walk-ins on Sundays. I had over about $850 worth of coins to deposit on the wrong day and the wrong counter. Yet, they did it for me - after explaining. Was it because I am an old man? Nah. They serve one and all the same.
Best customer service ever! Thanks to all the bank teller in North point branch who always carry a big smile on their face. You guys the best.
