UOB Bank - Yishun

I would like to compliment Shirleen Wong from Northpoint Branch. I do visit this branch once in a while for my banking needs and I always look forward to being served by her. Today she was at counter 1 and I was in the 5th queue. I was much impressed with her professionalism in servicing the customers with her cordial attitude all these years. She definitely is passionate about her work and super efficient in how well she handles the customers. Thumbs up!

I was late to my queue number so I take the responsibility of having to wait for some time. However, a very approachable staff member from another counter that had no obligations to serve missed-queue guests, decided to serve me. Despite the evening knockoff hours, she provided service without showing any sign of dread. Well done!

Was attended by Elaine Lim in the Northpoint UOB. She was helpful and patience with my transactions. Like to compliment her to the mgmt for her effort put in.
