I was late to my queue number so I take the responsibility of having to wait for some time. However, a very approachable staff member from another counter that had no obligations to serve missed-queue guests, decided to serve me. Despite the evening knockoff hours, she provided service without showing any sign of dread. Well done.
Was attended by Elaine Lim in the Northpoint UOB. She was helpful and patience with my transactions. Like to compliment her to the mgmt for her effort put in.
