I like to commend Amirah Ahmad for her outstanding services. My anxious mom went to the bank this morning alone to terminate the personal account of my late dad and reached slightly later than the appointment time. Amirah Ahmad is not only patient with my mandarin speaking mom, she also made an effort to comfort my mom. I appreciate the kindness shown to my mom during this difficult time.
