Baker's Bench Bakery

Baker’s Bench is a lovely cafe serving a good variety of bakes! They have both sweet and savory bakes served with good coffee. I tried the tuna melt; while there was no mayo, the tuna was saltier than I would prefer. The sticky bun looked really tempting, and I took away one.

Came after in the late afternoon at about 3 and unfortunately the kitchen was closed. Ordered a few pastries. The Croissant was good, crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside. The hazelnut croissant was really fantastic, love the hazelnut praline and the generous serving of hazelnuts. Will be back to try the toasties.

Been back a few time and still enjoy their widespread choices of bakery. From savoury to sweets, i cannot miss any of them. Specially love their weekend only muffin chicken. Lemon pound cake was moist and refreshing. I would love to have that with a cup of tea.
