The poster’s Bak Kut Teh is $10.5. It consists of meat bones and pork ribs. Two pieces of pork ribs, two pieces of meat bones and garlic. The soup is rich. Stir it a little before drinking and the pepper will sink into the bottom. You can add it to the soup for free. Stir-fried green dragon $15, half-fried with bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, and chili peppers, it tastes very fragrant Fried dough sticks $2.5, delicious dipped in soup or soy sauce.
Real Bakuteh, worth a visit if you are in Singapore. The service is great and does cater to the needs of European children. I would reccomend if you are travelling with a young one and do not want to get tears over a spicy meal. Plus they accept credit card payment.
Fa Chuan Ren is peppery like Song Fa. Fa Chuan Ren tastes less salty and has a stronger aroma of garlic. The soup is super delicious when paired with fried dough sticks.
