City Hot Pot @ One Raffles Place

Used to visit this hotpot restaurant a couple of years back and had decent experiences. They have a good variety of ingredients, and the soup flavors were decent. The combo sets we tried were great value for money, unless you're a meat and only meat kind of person. The meats were fresh, and the portion was also good enough. No complaint for the service quality, the staff were polite and friendly. From a hygiene perspective however, there are a couple of things to highlight. This restaurant used to be very clean and tidy but surprisingly, we saw the unwashed egg served to the table and not to mention there was a cockroach crawling on the floor.

We had the UOB 1 for 1 promo set. Good portion of meat and vegetables, good value . Helpful and friendly service staff.

Good price to amount/quality ratio. Fresh ingredients. And a nice atmosphere! Would definitely come again.
