Reviews

I ordered the big pork ribs soup ($14), small pork ribs soup ($10), mei cai ($3), and braised pork leg ($7) at Joo Siah Bak Koot Teh, and everything was really good. The soup had a nice balance, with some sweetness from the pork bones, and wasn’t too peppery or garlicky. The pork ribs were very tender and came off the bone easily. The braised pork leg was soft and tasty, though a bit salty, but great with rice. The mei cai was soft and not too salty. I’d definitely recommend coming here!

Really yummy! Make sure to get the free soup refills. The soup is peppery but not tooo peppery. Make sure to get the dough sticks. Most people like peanuts with it too. Rice is the most common thing to eat it with, but I preferred the noodles on the side. They were really fresh.

Very tasty BKT with refillable soup that's tasty and not "pepper water" like some other BKT stores! Die Must try!!
