Had the claypot stir-fried lean meat and lean meat soup - both preparation methods left the lean meat tender and very easy to eat (unlike other stalls that might have overcooked the lean meat until its too dry and powdery) ?? Be careful of the stir-fried sauce for those who can’t really take spicy foods though, first few mouthfuls were okay until I bit into a chilli seed or something and started tearing up Mee sua was good as well, soup not too peppery and very nicely seasoned ???????? Tau kee was my personal favourite because it has been fried beforehand, and has the texture and bite to it; sauce was a little bit too salty though, super sinful but I don’t mind it So happy to find this place nearby my house via Google Maps!
Yummy Bak ku teh and mixed organ soup! Good soup and tender meat . And the fry meat in claypot is nice too. Well done founder.
