Very good and kind association. I used to suffer with endless thoughts and anxiety issues. By attending Sahaja Meditation class, it helps to calm my mind down and let me have more knowledge to understand my own body. The best part is it is total free! Consistency is the key, don’t take free things as granted. Put more effort on yourself when there’s so many kind souls are willing to help.

I was looking for free meditation class and I found Sahaja Yoga. Tried and it is highly recommended to everyone, including children. I was very stress with my work and couldn't sleep well for very long time. After I started Sahaja Yoga meditation, it really help me to be calmer and sleep better. Mentally and physically improved.

I was sceptical in the beginning but after giving myself 4 months of practicing Sahaja Yoga Meditation. The first thing, I've noticed after learning this meditation is my insomnia problem. I am able to sleep better and felt rested. I also felt the peace within. I look forward to find out more, the effects of Sahaja yoga meditation can help and improve the quality of my daily life in all aspects.
