Highly impressed by Dr. consultation. Doctor was very patient, understanding and took time to explain things and possible conditions. I just had some pain near my wisdom tooth and thought I might have to get it extracted, however Doctor explained that it is not a wisdom tooth pain and I Dont need a surgery. His explanation just made a lot of sense and it came as a surprise because the other Dentist outlets pushed me to have a surgery when it is not even needed.

Took our 4 wisdom teeth with no additional cash payment. 100% medisave. The dentist only charged for the ones that needed surgery and waived the rest. GST was absorbed too.

I have seen many dentists in my life. Dr Shaun Ng Rui is by far the best one. Very friendly, gentle and highly professional. I would highly reccommend him to anyone.

Went there for my wisdom tooth surgery and it was amazing, I didn’t feel much pain, injections for anaesthesia was like ant bite, process was really fast. Dr David and Dr yi Xin was really nice throughout the whole procedure, always making sure I’m good throughout. I didn’t feel much discomfort, just a bit of pressure which is very normal! I didn’t even know when my teeth were removed! I was super scared before that but it was so much better that I thought! Very satisfied with my experience there! :) Counter staff there was super nice too! Super friendly and post surgery instructions were explained very clearly to me.

Best service and Dr Isabelle Wee does a great job with passion and she is really concerned for her patients.I had an extraction done and I would highly recommend this clinic and the service provided .Thank you Dr Isabelle Wee for a good job.

Visited the clinic at Katong for a wisdom tooth consultation on 3 Dec 2022 at 10 am. Was attended to by Dr Chan Yi Xin. Polite and professional; clear explanation of the situation involving my wisdom tooth; constantly checked if I was okay during treatment; clear instructions after treatment. Very reasonable fees and the booking process was straightforward via Whatsapp.

Had my wisdom tooth extracted at this clinic. Dr chow was very detailed in explaining the procedures and possible side effects post surgery. He follows up closely on his patient's recovery and gave assurance that my gums are healing well even though there is still light pain and discomfort. Thank you Dr Chow.

The staff are warm and approachable. I really liked how upfront they were with the cost too. Before proceeding, they let me know the cost of the treatment and checked if I’d be ok with paying the amount and going ahead with it. I did scaling and polishing, and it was the first time in my life that a dentist actually stopped after completing the top half of my teeth to check my pain and comfort levels. She then gave me some time to recover and get more comfortable before proceeding with the lower half section. I felt the care she put into the procedure, and throughout, there was no doubt that I was in really good hands. Thank you!!

I was having scaling and polishing service at Tripod Dental Clinic. The doctor and nurse are friendly. The doctor had explained well on my condition and given some routine tips to protect my teeth. Well done
