Have been visiting Gillian’s classes more regularly this year and noticed a significant improvement in my posture and strength. Gillian takes the time to adjust every students posture during the class. Attended all the different classes MotionWerkz offered. Revz class makes the night sleeps better, Werkz class makes me more aware of my own body and Max class improves my overall strength! Overall, a very well rounded studio!

After joining the lesson for 2 months, I feel more energetic everyday I wake up. I have gained more strength on my lower back and wrist as well. With Gillian professionalism, assurance and patient, I am able to do inversion despite having low blood pressure. Energise & Simply Refresh! Good posture is the best confident boost#*

Have been doing revz and werkz classes for almost 3 years now. I even did it when I was pregnant! Love how it helps with my backache and my swollen legs as my tummy got bigger. And of course Gillian is so professional and caring, that makes the whole experience even better! Would highly recommend her classes!
