Great place to learn yoga and do your 200hours training certificate. Very dedicated yoga teachers, positive and supportive atmosphere, a lot of opportunities to learn in various workshops. The training certificate can be done over the weekend, allowing to learn while having a full time job; the training within a small cohort is a great opportunity to create close relationship among students.
The recent yoga retreat led by senior teacher Arya was awesome I really appreciate his efforts put in to teach us and his professionalism, whether during the yoga retreats or his regular classes/workshops at Vyasa Yoga Singapore. Have been visiting Gillian’s classes more regularly this year and noticed a significant improvement in my posture and strength. Gillian takes the time to adjust every students posture during the class. Attended all the different classes MotionWerkz offered. Revz class makes the night sleeps better, Werkz class makes me more aware of my own body and Max class improves my overall strength! Overall, a very well rounded studio!
After joining the lesson for 2 months, I feel more energetic everyday I wake up. I have gained more strength on my lower back and wrist as well. YOGA IN COMMON REVIEWS
I visited Singapore about a month ago and found the studio by chance as I was staying in the area. The studio was absolutely beautiful. Serene, calm and welcoming - there’s a beautiful hand drawn mural on the wall that adds to the authentic yogic ambience. The teachers were excellent - friendly, attentive and caring. I tried the Yin yoga class and I came out of it in high spirits all day. I decided to go back again and enjoyed the stretch class and the flow class. It's nice to go to such an inviting space and am definitely look forward to going back. Shame they aren't based where I live You must go there if you live in Singapore. It’s a waste not to try it out for yourself.
Love this place and the area! Very quaint yoga studio. The only downside is that there's no mirrors in the studio. But that's forgiven because the instructor (Thu) was personable and nice and the person behind the IG account was lovely and responsive!
I discovered Yoga 7 years ago at Yoga in Common and I have been committed to this studio since then.Over the years I have experienced different teachers who were all very caring for their students and passionate in their teachings.Highly recommended!
