Attended stretch by Amanda and rope yoga from Song Ying. They were revitalising sessions since I have stopped doing yoga for quite sometime. Instructors are encouraging. Class size were not huge. Less than 12 pax and studio, washrooms were clean. They provide area to chill if you arrives early. Will visit again.
I've been to a lot of yoga studios and this is my favourite one so far. Good location, spacious studio with toilets and changing rooms, great teacher, equipment in good condition and lots of interesting classes that aren't just the same old thing. Would recommend their wheel yoga class especially!
Been going to club yoga for few classes. The instructor were very patient and friendly. Especially Jody lesson I enjoyed most. As she will ensure we do our posture correctly.
