Club Yoga

Club yoga is conveniently located near clarke quay mrt, just a 5minute walk away. The studio is very well maintained, immediately felt relaxed when I entered. I took part in an aerial yoga class lead by Jayne who is a very experienced, bubbly and engaging instructor. Overall, would recommend club yoga to others who want to improve their health through low impact exercises.

Attended stretch by Amanda and rope yoga from Song Ying. They were revitalising sessions since I have stopped doing yoga for quite sometime. Instructors are encouraging. Class size were not huge. Less than 12 pax and studio, washrooms were clean. They provide area to chill if you arrives early. Will visit again.

Attended the aerial basics class with Jayne! The instructor was very engaging and helpful - she provided clear cues and also went around making adjustments. Overall a really good introduction to aerial, will definitely be back for more! Studio is clean and very cosy, appreciate all the different props too. Highly recommend.
