The Yoga Mandala

Completed my 200 YTT back in October this year and I have no regrets with this decision. It was indeed an eye-opening experience, from unlearning the old habits to self body exploration, and taking a step further to guide the rest confidently! I’m beyond thankful to have met Jessica, the lead trainer of this course for her patience that allowed us to achieve breakthroughs during the course and her engaging theory sessions that made the teaching content so easily understood :) thank you team TYM!

I have recently completed the YTT200 with The Yoga Mandala and I would say it was the best decision I have made this year! The trainer, Jessica guided us with love and patience throughout the course. She is well equipped with knowledge and experience, and also a fun and encouraging person. I have also been attending their yoga classes in the evening after work. Teachers here are knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. It is a place for me to work out and destress after a tiring day. Each time I leave the studio, I feel contented and satisfied.

Completed my YTT 200 at this studio recently. I must say this was one of the best decision I've made this year. I love how engaging Jess (the instructor) is and the good mix of theory and practical. This was an eye-opening experience that have allowed me to learn so much more about Yoga. I am able to achieve certain poses as well during this course which I previously was struggling to do. It was fun learning experience! :)
