The Yoga Mandala

One of the best thing to have happened for me — taking the YTT with Jess. She pays attention to each individual body needs & has a gentle approach to teaching which I dearly appreciated. It helped me change my body & mindset which I think is the most valuable takeaway I can gather from this program (would take this twice if I could) I would definitely recommend this to advanced practitioners and beginners alike!!

I've been going to various yoga studios over the years and found a sanctuary at TYM. Even though it's pretty far from my place, it has been worth the weekly journey. Apart from their consistent friendly and warm energy, what makes TYM stand out for me was the how meticulous the instructors were, and how incredibly mindful they were of each student's level and progress. I highly recommend every aspiring yogi to give TYM a shot!

I completed my YTT 200 at The Yoga Mandala. I learnt so much from the instructor, Jess, not only on Yoga poses, but also on the Philosophies of Yoga, body anatomy and so much more. Thank you Jess and The Yoga Mandala team for this great experience! :)
