2BE Yoga

I have been practicing Bikram Yoga @ 2BE for past few months. My experience at the centre has been extremely enriching in my personal Yoga journey. Classes have the same level of intensity/ quality / professionalism, no matter who's the instructor or what time of the day one attends the sessions. What impressed me most is the team's dedication to stay true to the principles of original practice of Bikram/ Pilates. Every teacher is a master in their own right & very meticulous in suggesting corrections & improvements. Look forward to staying the course & continue to improve my personal practice.

It has been one year with Studio 2Be Yoga! Bikram yoga practice in 2Be has not only changed my body, it has also changed my mindset! I would never think I could do yoga because of my mindset that I am too inflexible for yoga. Thks to Roxanne & Loli for their generous energy and coaching in every class. I believe everyone progresses at a different pace. Kinda looking forward to many years to go to connect body & mind with Bikram yoga.

This is the best Bikram yoga studio in town for sure! No matter which teacher is teaching the class is always amazing! I feel very blessed to have come across this studio and I’ll coming back for more for as long as I can.
